Senior Associate Structural Engineer

Frank leads Siegfried’s structural engineering team bringing his accomplished experience with all levels of project management from basic project development through design, selection of structural systems, and creation of structural working drawings and calculations. His background includes extensive interaction with architectural clients, owners, and other consultants to develop and coordinate projects utilizing a combination of materials including reinforced concrete, structural steel, masonry, light gage framing, and timber framing to achieve an economical and efficient building design.Having an extensive practice in regions of moderate and high seismicity, Frank is familiar with seismic detailing requirements and design including UBC, IBC, and CBC building codes as well as various building department requirements. Solving challenging structural projects and engineering unique structures such as theatres, medical research buildings, and retrofit and renovation of existing structures are all highlights of his career spanning over two decades.

Frank’s proven leadership is exemplified by his excellent communication and interpersonal skills, management of design teams of engineers and Revit technicians as well as his ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously.
