Siegfried provided civil engineering, structural engineering, land surveying, and landscape architecture services for the relocation of the City of Stockton’s departments to the new permanent City Hall at Waterfront Towers. Working alongside the City of Stockton and Indigo, the project consolidated 11 City departments into a centralized location, improving public accessibility, operational efficiency, and collaboration across departments.
The project included extensive tenant improvements to accommodate essential City functions, including the Council Chambers, Permit Center, Revenue Services, and administrative office spaces. Through coordinated planning and design, the new City Hall was developed to streamline municipal operations, enhance departmental connectivity, and create a more accessible environment for residents and City employees.
Additional improvements included conference rooms, break rooms, a mailroom, storage areas, and renovated common spaces to support daily operations and employee needs. Through collaboration with the City and project team, Siegfried helped deliver a functional, cohesive municipal facility designed to better serve the Stockton community.
