Siegfried provided civil engineering and structural engineering services for the development of a new Neighborhood Services Center located in Stockton, CA. The civil engineering scope involved all on-site improvements and the extension of and existing City street and utility lines. Structural engineering services involved preparing improvement plans for the single story building including structural design of the roof framing and seismic load resisting systems.
