Siegfried worked with the City of Stockton on improvements to the current Stockton Soccer Complex. Our work included the addition of 74 parking stalls, new restrooms, field lighting, and the installation of a play structure. With budget being a key driving factor of this expansion, Siegfried used value engineering to find alternative ways to deliver the improvements under budget. A comprehensive procurement strategy for the restrooms and lighting was key to guiding the project and ensuring that it could proceed.
