Siegfried provided civil engineering services for the development of the new Merlo High School Joint Use Gym project located in Stockton, CA. Design services included site grading, paving utilities, an extension of public utilities to the site, and coordination for the reconstruction of an existing school parking lot and adjacent street improvements.
