This project entails building and site design for the new Public Health Services Replacement Building. Siegfried is providing integrated site and building design services that include civil and structural engineering, landscape architecture, and surveying, to assist the architect in reducing their project management and design time. Programmatic elements include clear pedestrian and vehicular circulation to and from existing circulation networks, nearby County access areas, and emergency exiting; as well as parking for clients and staff.
