APP Jet Center is an owner-managed business that started in 2009, during one of the Fixed Base Operations (FBO) industry’s deepest downturns. In 2016, Siegfried provided structural and civil engineering, landscape architecture, and surveying to help APP expand their FBO offering, to include a new hangar, pilots lounge, and executive conference center at Hayward’s Executive Airport. Siegfried and APP worked well together with both businesses focusing on quality and customer service first. The project sets the standard for executive airport facilities.
