Siegfried provided civil engineering, geotechnical engineering, structural engineering, land surveying, and landscape architecture services for the development of a new entry road and parking lot at Evergreen Valley College. Designed to serve as a welcoming campus gateway, the improvements support future classroom buildings while enhancing accessibility, circulation, and connectivity throughout the campus.
Working closely with campus leadership and the multidisciplinary design team, Siegfried developed site improvements that included dedicated turn lanes, a new traffic signal, and coordinated roadway and parking infrastructure to improve traffic flow and safety. The team also conducted topographic surveys, reviewed property documentation, and supported land transfer requirements to establish accurate site conditions and guide project planning.
Additional services included underground utility mapping, pavement evaluations, and materials testing to inform design decisions and long-term performance. Through collaboration across disciplines, Siegfried helped establish the technical foundation for a functional, accessible, and cohesive campus entrance that supports Evergreen Valley College’s continued growth.
