This 100 acre adaptive reuse project is California’s first Farm-to-Table community, had a grand opening celebration on August 15, 2015. Working with the Master Developer, our team provided landscape architecture for two model home complexes and selected common areas. Happy Thursday! This week we have a project update status on Long Beach State's Track and Field Renovation. Siegfried was hired as the Track Facility Design Expert to consult on the Master Plan and Construction Documentation for the renovation of the new track and field facility. The scope of the project includes renovating an old dilapidated facility that was shut down by the University for use into a state-of-the-art IAAF track and field facility. For this project, Siegfried is providing survey and civil engineering services for the design of the new California Highway Patrol Stockton Area Office Replacement Facility. The new facility will consist of approximately 46,000sq. ft. of building space on 5.4 acres of land. This facility will house not only a new CHP Field Office, but also a Dispatch Facility.
