Bob Celum
It is with the great sadness that we have to announce the  heartbreaking news of the death of our colleague and friend, Robert (Bob) Granville Celum Jr.

Bob was one of the original owners of Siegfried, who joined the company after serving in the Navy and graduating from Stanford in 1949. During his time at Siegfried, he played a crucial role in Siegfried’s past and current successes by bringing in clients such as the Morning Star Company and the Massie Company, who still do business with us to this very day. Also of note, year prior to retiring in 1995, Bob was awarded with the San Joaquin Engineer Council’s, distinguished “Engineer of the Year Award”.

Beyond his awards and accomplishments, Bob truly was a great person. He was always joy to be around and brought a smile to everyone’s face. We are forever indebted to him for the path he created, and left behind, for Siegfried – we know we would not be the company we are today without his excellent engineering and leadership skills. He will be sincerely missed.

In lieu of flowers, Bob’s family has requested donations to your favorite charity or choose from the following:

  • Jesus Film Project
