Meet Lorraine Cayllahua, PE – Associate Civil Engineer
We’re excited to welcome Lorraine Cayllahua, PE, a highly skilled civil engineer with over 13 years of experience in land development design, who is joining us as an Associate Civil Engineer. Lorraine brings a wealth of knowledge in both private and public-sector projects, covering a wide range of sectors including high-end residential, luxury resorts, educational facilities (K-12 and higher education), government facilities, parks, trails, wineries, healthcare, and more.
In her role at Siegfried, Lorraine will be responsible for overseeing land development projects, from conceptual design through to implementation. Her experience with both large-scale infrastructure and detailed site design gives her a unique ability to tackle complex projects with a focus on innovation, sustainability, and accessibility. Lorraine’s diverse portfolio also includes roadway improvements, tech campuses, and community spaces, making her an invaluable asset to our team as we continue to expand into new sectors.

When she’s not working on land development projects, Lorraine enjoys exploring the outdoors, reading, and spending time with her family. Her passion for design is matched only by her commitment to creating spaces that serve the needs of the community.

Meet Shawn Barba – Marketing Director
We’re also excited to welcome Shawn Barba, who joins Siegfried as our Marketing Director. With 15 years of experience across a variety of market sectors, including civic, healthcare, and education, Shawn is well-versed in creating and executing strategic marketing and business development initiatives that foster growth and build strong, lasting client relationships.
In her new role, Shawn will work closely with our leadership and business development teams to develop marketing strategies that highlight Siegfried’s innovative approach and dedication to delivering exceptional value to our clients. She excels at identifying new business opportunities, crafting tailored marketing campaigns, and building meaningful connections that support both client success and the company’s overall goals.
A little more about Shawn:
Outside of work, Shawn enjoys collecting houseplants, reading, traveling with her family, and working on home projects with her husband. Whether it’s engaging with industry trends, collaborating with cross-functional teams, or thinking creatively about new ways to drive business growth, Shawn’s strategic vision and problem-solving skills are invaluable to our team.
We look forward to Shawn’s leadership in expanding Siegfried’s marketing efforts and continuing to elevate our brand as a trusted leader in the industry.
