At Siegfried, we strive to celebrate every milestone that mark both personal and professional growth for our team members. Today, we’re excited to recognize Nick Chapman for achieving a significant accomplishment—earning his Professional Engineer (PE) license!
Nick started his journey towards becoming a licensed engineer when he began his studies at California State University, Chico in 2019. After graduating in May 2022 with a degree in Civil Engineering, he joined Siegfried in April 2024, eager to apply what he had learned and continue developing his skills. Just a little over a year later, in August 2025, Nick reached this important career goal.
Since joining the team, Nick has been involved in impactful healthcare projects, including the Sutter Ambulatory Care Hub in Modesto, CA and the Sutter Health Multi-Specialty Care Center in Elk Grove, CA. His problem-solving mindset, technical skills, and steady dedication have made him a valuable part of our team in a short amount of time.
Reflecting on this milestone, Nick shared:
“Becoming a licensed engineer is a goal I’ve pursued since I began my studies at Chico State in 2019. This achievement was well worth the hours of studying and testing it required over the years. I look forward to continuing my growth as a person and a licensed engineer at Siegfried.”
