Congratulations!
At Siegfried, we celebrate the dedication and hard work it takes to grow as a professional, and today, we’re proud to recognize Andrew Manes for reaching a major career milestone—earning his Professional Engineer (PE) license!
For Andrew, this achievement has been a decade in the making. He set his sights on becoming a licensed civil engineer back in 2015, when he first started his studies at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. After graduating in June 2019 with a degree in BioResource and Agricultural Engineering, he joined Siegfried just a few months later, eager to gain hands-on experience. Now, in March 2025, after years of hard work and late-night studying, he has officially reached his goal.
Andrew’s contributions to Siegfried have been invaluable. Over the past 5 ½ years, he has been a key player in projects such as the Sutter Roseville MOB 7 & Parking Garage 12 Expansion in Roseville, CA, and the Alpine Climbing Gym in Ripon, CA. His technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and dedication to excellence have made a lasting impact on our projects and our team.
Reflecting on his journey, Andrew shared:
“I set the goal of becoming a licensed civil engineer in 2015 when I started school at Cal Poly, and achieving that goal 10 years later was well worth the countless hours of late-night studying after work. Over the past 5 ½ years here at Siegfried, I have experienced a lot of growth in myself both personally and professionally, and I look forward to continuing to do so as a licensed professional.”
Andrew’s achievement is a testament to his persistence and passion for engineering. We couldn’t be more excited to see what’s ahead for him as he continues to grow in his career. Congratulations, Andrew!
