Siegfried played a pivotal role in the development of the approximately five-acre parking lot expansion project for WelbeHealth’s University Park medical office building (MOB). Our comprehensive services included civil engineering, surveying, and landscape architecture, ensuring that every aspect of the expansion was meticulously planned and executed.
In addition to our core engineering and design responsibilities, Siegfried prepared the Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP), which is crucial for managing runoff and minimizing environmental impact during construction. We also provided both the Qualified SWPPP Practitioner (QSP) and Qualified SWPPP Developer (QSD) services, overseeing the implementation and maintenance of the SWPPP to comply with regulatory requirements.
Furthermore, Siegfried handled utility stubbing, which involved the design and installation of necessary utility connections to support WelbeHealth’s new infrastructure. Our team’s expertise in these areas ensured a smooth, efficient expansion process, aligning with both the project’s goals and environmental standards.
