Siegfried provided comprehensive civil engineering, landscape architecture, and surveying services for an approximately five-acre parking lot expansion in Stockton for Vibra Healthcare’s University Park Rehabilitation Hospital and an adjacent medical office building. Our team’s work supported the creation of a functional, efficient, and visually cohesive site layout that met both operational requirements and aesthetic goals. As part of the project scope, Siegfried prepared the Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and protect surrounding areas during construction.
We also delivered Qualified SWPPP Practitioner (QSP) services throughout the construction phase, overseeing the implementation and maintenance of stormwater best management practices. This combination of design expertise, environmental stewardship, and regulatory oversight contributed to the successful completion of the Stockton rehabilitation hospital project, improving accessibility, sustainability, and long-term site performance for patients, staff, and visitors.
