Siegfried is providing civil engineering and landscape architecture for the UC Davis School of Engineering Coffee Center. This 7,000 SF renovation project, being delivered as a design-build project, is meant to support the first academic research and teaching facility dedicated to the study of coffee. Final elements include experimental green bean storage, coffee pilot roastery, brewing labs, chemical and analytical labs, offices and conference facilities.
