Siegfried provided master planning services for the future 2,000-acre Sanctuary development located in Stockton, CA. The new development will provide approximately 7,000 residential units, 415,000 SF of retail, a hotel, lakes, marina, religious facilities, parks, and extensive recreational open space. Siegfried also created a color exhibit and conceptual design for the Hammer Lane entry into the new development. The Siegfried team designed the housing and street layouts for the different parcels within Phase I for the tentative map phase of the project.
