Siegfried provided civil engineering, surveying, and landscape architecture for the Levon Hospital Parking Structure for the Tahoe Forest Hospital District in Truckee. This multi-story parking structure incorporated many natural elements from the surrounding Sierra Nevada Mountains to blend seamlessly with the area and meet exacting code requirements. As part of the civil scope, Siegfried coordinated and prepared all necessary permits with the FAA regarding the parking structure next to the adjacent helicopter pad on top of the Tahoe Forest Hospital, including incorporating all designs and comments to meet required code for the structure to not interfere with the helicopter facility.
