Siegfried was retained by the San Joaquin Regional Transit District (SJRTD) to perform topographic and boundary surveys for 13 new bus stop locations for their new Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) Metro Express line down Airport Way in Stockton, CA. Subsequently, Siegfried was selected to prepare the project civil, electrical, traffic control, and structural improvement plans.
