Siegfried was retained by the SJRTD to prepare plans to realign the Metro Express Pacific Avenue Route 40 line. The purpose of this project is to realign the route to provide Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) service to the Miracle Mile and Waterfront/Arena areas of Stockton, CA. The project will ultimately improve service to meet current and future mobility needs, improve quality of life, improve air quality, and decrease both traffic and parking congestion in these areas.
