Siegfried assisted the California State University, Sacramento Athletic Department with the replacement of their synthetic turf, a project Siegfried had originally installed ten years before. At the end of its useful life, Siegfried helped prepare criteria documents to supply a brand new synthetic turf for the school by conducting interviews with the members of the football staff and then preparing the bid documents to supply a field that would meet the needs of the Sacramento State football team.
