Siegfried provided the master planning, flood protection, letter of map revision, assessment, and Mello Roos districts, subdivision, and infrastructure design for the Quail Lakes residential development. The development is in the heart of Stockton and provides several large residential communities and is home to the Quail Lakes Recreation Center which has tennis courts, a swimming pool, and beach and boat access to the lake.
