Siegfried provided civil engineering, landscape architecture, and surveying services for the development of a new Olive Garden Italian Restaurant on March Lane in Stockton, CA. Project elements included placement of the building, handicap parking, perimeter vehicular circulation, additional parking, walkways, and walkway access to March Lane. Siegfried also designed the planting and irrigation for the project site beyond the property line of the building for the developer.
