Siegfried is providing civil engineering, surveying, and boundary services for the development of the new Catholic Healthcare West O’Connor Woods memory care and dementia care facility in Stockton, CA. The new 20,000 SF facility is an expansion of the original assisted living facility Siegfried designed and built in 1999. Siegfried is working closely with the project architect to develop the site plan, parking and access layout, and onsite and offsite improvements. Nestled in a 150-year-old oak grove, great care is being taken to be good stewards of the natural environment.
