Siegfried provided civil engineering, landscape architecture, and surveying for both the on-site and off-site improvement plans for the design-build fire station. The 5,600 SF fire station includes a three-bay apparatus area (3,100 SF), as well as 2,500 SF of dorms, kitchen, restrooms, and office areas, onsite parking, drainage, lighting, and landscaping; and the street frontage improvements.
