Siegfried worked on the grading and design calculations for the proposed business park at Mountain House. We also prepared an analysis of annexation fees associated with “fair share” improvements on the 165-acre development site. Siegfried prepared lot line adjustment descriptions, a record of survey, a final map, easement descriptions, and BBID easement abandonment.
