Siegfried provided civil and structural engineering, landscape architecture, and surveying for Lathrop Gateway, an industrial complex in Lathrop, CA. The project scope included widening Yosemite and McKinley Road, as well as the City of Lathrop’s Sanitary Sewer Pump Station.
Yosemite and McKinley Road Widening
Siegfried provided landscape architecture, surveying and civil engineering needed for the This project includes a boundary survey and encumbrance map to address underlying easements contained in the preliminary title reports. Additionally, Siegfried provided joint trench plans, topographic survey and an underground utilities plan to include storm drainage, sewer, fire, water, and irrigation.
City of Lathrop Sanitary Sewer Pump Station
Siegfried provided structural engineering for the Yosemite and D’Arcy sewer pump station, and the 20-foot sanitary sewer maintenance hole system.
