The Leadership Stockton Class of 2013/14 was selected to provide some much-needed R&R (recreation & reclamation) for downtown Stockton’s Fremont Park. Siegfried took steps to help reclaim Fremont Park, in part by adding outdoor recreation equipment (accessible to the neighboring school children, business, and residents) and by beautifying the park. Siegfried successfully completed the installation of circuit training workout equipment and the Fremont Square Collaborative has organized the public to use the space for various events such as; small concerts, bike ride meet-ups, and food truck events.
