Siegfried provided comprehensive civil engineering, surveying, and landscape architecture services for the new Performing Arts Center at Piedmont Hills High School. Situated on an active campus adjacent to Piedmont Road, this single-story facility required thoughtful planning and coordination with the District and project stakeholders.
Our team began with a detailed topographic survey to inform early site planning and design. From there, we supported the project through all phases—from schematic design through construction—delivering civil site infrastructure, grading and drainage plans, and erosion control measures. Our landscape architecture team enhanced the site with functional and aesthetic outdoor spaces, including seating areas, gardens, and sustainable planting strategies.
Throughout the project, Siegfried remained engaged in design coordination, agency review, and construction administration, helping ensure a successful project that meets District and DSA standards.
