To meet the growing demand for high-quality health rehabilitation in California’s Central Valley, HealthSouth developed a state-of-the-art, one-story, 54,000-square-foot, 50-bed facility in Modesto. This modern health rehabilitation center sits on a 5-acre site and is designed to provide a comprehensive healing environment while meeting the specialized needs of patients.
Siegfried, working in collaboration with the project architect, delivered expert civil engineering and surveying services for both on-site and off-site improvements. These included the dedication of several new roadways and the design of a 156-stall parking lot—critical infrastructure that supports the accessibility and operational efficiency of this leading health rehabilitation facility.
