Siegfried provided civil engineering and surveying services for the on-site and off-site improvement plans for the development of a new Elephant Bar restaurant. The restaurant sits on Pacific Avenue in the Sherwood Mall Shopping Center across the street from the busy San Joaquin Delta Community College campus. This is their first location in the Stockton area and second in the Central Valley.
