Siegfried is worked with the City of El Cerrito on the redevelopment of Arlington Park.
This beloved community park had been used for generations and was beginning to show the wear and tear that comes with annual use. The clubhouse, which hosts many community events as well as resident’s birthday parties and other celebrations were also showing its age.
Siegfried brought together a comprehensive team to work with the City and develop plans for upgrades to the amenities at the park, as well as much needed improvements to the clubhouse.
Siegfried coordinated a public meeting by reaching out to community members and received valuable feedback about design plans and the uses for the park. With this information, Siegfried was able to design a new plan that met the City goals as well as the community needs.
