In support of the existing Dameron Hospital Building Complex, a new 16,293 square foot central plant facility was constructed to replace the undersized 40-year-old central plant. Siegfried worked closely with OSHPD/HCAI to provide engineering support for the new $3,000,000 plant, which included new utility corridors, boilers, central chillers, medical gas distribution systems, vacuum systems, electrical equipment and emergency generators for the entire hospital facility.
