Our team was contracted by the Los Rios Community College District to provide athletic programming, construction documentation, and construction administration for a new baseball, softball, and soccer athletic fields. The project includes new championship living turf soccer fields, one new living turf baseball field, one new living turf softball field, new batting cages, restroom/concession buildings, and bleachers. The new landscape and parking lots include bio-swales to help mitigate stormwater run-off.
The 11.5 million dollar project was completed in the spring of 2013 and the facility serves as the Sacramento Republic Soccer Team’s official training site for the 2014 USL PRO Season.
