Siegfried is working with the City of Stockton and Indigo in the process of relocating City departments to the new permanent City Hall at the Waterfront Towers. The Waterfront Towers-City Hall concept will combine most departments within City Hall into one centralized location for the ease of access to our community. This relocation will also improve efficiencies throughout various departments and will include tenant improvements and design of Council Chambers, the Permit Center, Revenue Services, and Office Space for 11 different departments. Some of the other facilities incorporated into the design included a mailroom, general storage space, conference rooms, break rooms, and a renovated site.
