Including three models, Chaparral at Blackstone locates 73 new homes in a new gated neighborhood across the street from the clubhouse, pool, and other amenities of this master planned community. Siegfried provided landscape architectural design for the common areas and model home complex. Each home features wall-length sliding doors opening onto California Rooms, and the landscape design accordingly carefully integrates interior and exterior spaces. Each model was individually themed to match the home’s exterior, including French Country, with a garden-to-table concept; Spanish, featuring natural materials and casual living; and Italianate, including an entertainment-focused outdoor living room.
