Siegfried provided the master planning, flood protection, letter of map revision, assessment, and Mello-Roos districts, subdivision, and infrastructure design for the 800-acre site that is home to residential neighborhoods, office, and recreational developments, an 18 hole golf course, and several pedestrian and bicycle paths.
