Working directly for the design-builder and working very closely with the project architect, Siegfried provided civil engineering, surveying, and site planning services for the onsite and offsite improvements of the new Brentwood Eskaton senior living facility. The work involved widening John Muir Parkway and coordinating the property boundary with the ongoing Highway 4 bypass and abandonment of Ventura Avenue.
