Siegfried was called upon by the UC Davis design staff to assist them with the removal of most of the last of the old residence halls in the Tercero Complex. The project will make room for the new Tercero III Design Build student housing project. The University opted to utilize a CM at Risk delivery method to demolish the existing structures, remove and disconnect a fuel tank, and relocate water, sewer, storm, and steam lines within the site. The demolition package, which is worth approximately $4.5 million dollars, has Siegfried providing civil engineering, surveying, landscape architecture consultation, and construction administration services.
