Siegfried provided civil engineering, planning, surveying, and landscape services for the design of the improvement plans for the new 10,000 seat Stockton Heat ice arena, new parking structure, and Waterfront Hotel in downtown Stockton, CA. The project involved working with the traffic engineer, landscape architect, and the architect to design and implement a comprehensive solution for the entire 20 acre downtown site. The solution involved taking into account not only local daily traffic, peak rush hour traffic, but also traffic during a “super event” where all of the events center facilities are at full capacity.
