As part of the San Joaquin Delta Community College’s Bond program, Siegfried has performed a significant amount of infrastructure upgrades throughout the campus. Burke Bradley Drive is a main arterial that runs through the heart of the campus. Siegfried was retained by the college to provide civil engineering, surveying, and landscape architecture to relocate the existing roadway and install a new water main, sewer main, and storm main. Although the sewer and storm mains were private developments, the water main was designed as a public utility main in a dedicated public utility easement. Siegfried worked hand-in-hand with the college to design a functional roadway that directed students to parking and building facilities in an efficient manner.
