As one of the nation’s largest healthcare providers specializing in rehabilitation services, HealthSouth’s (now Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Modesto) priority is to deliver high-quality patient care through their use of advanced therapeutic methods and technologies.
Recognizing the need for a new facility in the Central Valley, HealthSouth embarked on the development of a one-story 54,000 SF, 50-bed rehabilitation hospital in Modesto, California which sits on a 5-acre parcel. Siegfried, working under the project architect, provided civil engineering and surveying services for both on-site and off-site improvements which included the dedication of several new roadways and the design of a 156-stall parking lot.
