Our team began working with the San Joaquin Delta Community College Bond Team in the fall of 2005 as part of the college’s $250 million bond program. The campus completed an assessment of all current interior and exterior programming and facilities. The results of this assessment were compiled into a Master Plan (PERA Specific Plan) of current and future bond improvements to the campus athletic facilities. Our firm’s involvement continued for 3.5 years until the $16 million athletic complex was reconstructed.
