Check out the new Galaxy Quest Play Structure featured in Stockton’s staple, Pixie Woods Park! Siegfried donated civil and structural engineering, landscape architecture, and surveying services for Pixie Woods’ newest playground. We worked closely with the City of Stockton and the Pixie Woods Board to prepare plans and designs for the new structure, as well as the work for the fill material surrounding the playground. To preserve the structure long-term, Siegfried also designed a shade structure to cover the area.
Due to Covid-19, the reveal of the structure was delayed. However, we are pleased to share that Pixie Woods is now OPEN Thursday through Sunday from 10am to 4pm, and the new Galaxy Quest play structure is standing proud and ready to be seen!
